Materials used

What is quality of the materials used?

The materials used are all of professional quality, with the majority of my resources from the canvases to the varnish are from the Daler Rowney and Winsor and Newton ranges

Will I receive a full refund?

You will be given a refund for the full amount paid, and a £10.00 admistration charge will apply.What are your terms.

When you reproduce a similar piece will it contain the exact colours?

Paintings will try to recapture the likeness of the painting, using the exact same colours. However, because of the nature of blending colours will cause some minor slight changes.

Payment Methods

What are the accepted Payment Methods?

You can confidently make your purchases using one of the following options:

Pay using Paypal

PayPal provides a completely secure online service with which to make credit card purchases. Your credit card information, email address and password are all safe within the PayPal system.Customers who are new to PayPal can now make credit card payments without signing up for a PayPal account.

Cheque or Bank Transfer

Items will be posted once payment has been received (It must be received within seven days of purchase.) Please email me with the product codes and any additional services required. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and payment details.

Postage & Delivery

How long will it take for delivery?

Once payment has been received and cleared, allow up to seven days for the preparation of canvas and Delivery.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs will vary from canvas to canvas or frame.

Each additional canvas/set purchase will be only charged an additonal standard postage of £5.00 at the checkout.

Miniature Frames have a Free Delivery offer when 3 or more are purchased.

Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail and Parcel force.

What are Aynarts International Delivery Costs and what is the delivery time?

The delivery cost will be calculated upon request. Presently a half price Delivery is being offered. Delivery time will be confirmed upon request.

What happens if I do not receive my painting in the post in the time specified?

How will my canvas be packaged?

All artwork will be securely and carefully packaged using bubble wrap, card, packaging paper and strong tape.

Returns

What if am not fully satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will happily accept its return in its original state within 7 days of receipt .

Custom Art Terms

What are your terms for custom or duplicate paintings

Aynarts takes the following steps to ensure paintings are to a quality standard:

Can I preview the painting before dispatch?

A photo image of your requested painting will be emailed to you before dispatch.

Can I request changes to the painting before dispatch?

If the painting, in your opinion varies to the original artwork, you may request changes to be made to it on one instance.

What if am not fully satisfied with my purchase after having received it?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will happily accept its return in its original state within 7 days of receipt.

What is the payment arrangement?

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost will be requested before the painting is commenced. Full payment is also accepted.

The remainder of the cost will be due upon the completion of the painting and only then will the painting be despatched.

Payment will be accepted via Paypal, cheque or Bank Transfer. Please note that Paypal charges may apply.

What price range will I be paying for a duplicate or custom made painting?

The prices of paintings will vary according to size of canvases, chosen style and amount of calligraphy and texture.

How long will it take to complete and dispatch my painting?

Paintings will be completed and dispatched between 14-21 days.

Paintings requiring urgent completion and dispatch (before 14 days) are subject to an extra charge
